Refund policy


We provide a 30-day return period, which allows you to request a return within 30 days of receiving your purchase.

To qualify for a return, the product must remain in the same condition as when it was delivered — unused, unworn, with original tags attached, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase or a receipt is also required.

If your return request is approved, we will provide a return shipping label along with instructions explaining how and where to send the package. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your package once it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product, contact us immediately so we can review the issue and resolve it appropriately.

Non-Returnable Products

Some items are not eligible for return, including perishable goods (such as flowers, food, or plants), custom-made or personalized products, and personal care items like beauty products. We also cannot accept returns for hazardous substances, flammable liquids, or gases. If you are unsure whether your item qualifies for return, please contact us for assistance.

Please note that sale items and gift cards cannot be returned or refunded.

Exchanges

The quickest way to receive a different item is to return the original product first. After your return is approved, you can place a new order for the replacement item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is delivered within the European Union, you are entitled to cancel or return your order within 14 days without providing a reason. To qualify, the item must still be unused, unworn, with tags attached, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to complete the transaction.
